Ocean Pointe falls within the Ewa Division of the First Judicial Circuit. The Ewa Division covers the corridor from Halawa to Makakilo, which includes the Ewa area where Ocean Pointe is located. Basic case information is free: party names, case type, filing date, status, hearing dates, and docket entries are all viewable without paying. No account is required for a basic search.

Documents marked with a PDF icon can be purchased for $3 per document (1 to 30 pages). Additional pages over 30 cost $0.10 each. Certified copies cost $5. Pay by credit card. Most documents are available immediately after purchase. Some recently filed documents may take up to three business days to appear in the system after filing.

Mailed requests typically take 15 to 20 business days. UIPA requests under Hawaii Revised Statutes Chapter 92F carry a 10-business-day response deadline.
